We want you to love your jewelry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. (TX-  Original shipping costs are non-refundable.)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help resolve the issue.
